Registration Guidelines

  • An annual registration fee of $20 per dancer must be paid to process forms and guarantee spot held in class(es) of choice.
  • Teens who wish to join Performance Group/Dance Company must take Jazz and Modern. Ballet is strongly recommended.
  • Registration fee and tuition are non-refundable.
  • The Gervais Dance Studio is not responsible for absences or missed classes due to inclement weather or emergencies. Dancers are always welcome to make missed classes up in another class of the same level of their choosing during the same session.
  • Dancers must communicate to the teacher or staff his/her discontinuing class. If dancerfails to do so, he/she will be responsible for paying next quarterly payment.
  • If classes are full, a waiting list will be instituted. To place a name on the waiting list, a deposit of $20 must be submitted with a registration form.
  • A fee of $20 will be charged for all returned checks.
  • The Gervais Dance Studio accepts cash, personal checks, and money orders.
